Faron Pharmaceuticals Oy, Supermarket Income REIT PLC, Nuformix PLC…

Faron Pharmaceuticals Oy (AIM:FARN, OTC:FPHAF) has won its arbitration case against Rentschler Biopharma for the for the “unfounded termination” of an agreement to manufacture the Faron’s lead drug, Traumakine. Rentschler has been ordered to pay Faron €3.8mln in damages.

Supermarket Income REIT PLC (LSE:SUPR) has confirmed it is in discussion to acquire two assets. In a short statement responding to ‘press commentary’, it added: “The company will make further announcements in due course, as appropriate. There can be no certainty that the acquisitions will be agreed or as to the terms on which any transaction might be concluded.”

Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE:DEC, OTCQX:DECPF) told investors it will deploy 500 additional methane emissions detection devices to its Appalachian upstream field operations team, supporting its ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship.

Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET) said that a subscriber has issued a settlement notice for the entire remaining outstanding balance of £823,500 as part of an investment facility announced in September 2020. The supplier of solutions for telco/cloud networks will issue and allot 2.6mln new ordinary shares to the subscriber, who made the investment as a prepayment for shares. Following the settlement of this outstanding balance, no further shares will be required to be issued by the AIM-listed company under the facility.

Panther Metals PLC (LSE:PALM)  said analysis of a soil sampling programme has yielded a number of stand-out gold anomalies and high priority targets on the Dotted Lake property in Ontario, Canada.

The company has successfully operated all key areas of the upgraded plant at design capacity on a short-cycle basis during the hot commissioning phase and is now positioned to meet its full year 2021 production target of between 22,000 and 26,000 carats.
