Quadrise Fuels International PLC confirms appointment of new chief operating officer

Quadrise Fuels International PLC (AIM:QFI) announced the appointment of Philip Hill as chief operating officer, a non-board role.

Hill joins the developer of disruptive heavy oil technology with over 20 years of experience as a chartered chemical engineer, responsible for fuel and chemical manufacturing, sales and distribution at BP PLC (LSE:BP.) and INEOS.

Prior to joining INEOS, he managed and held directorships in several of BP’s joint ventures, working to develop and license gas-to-liquids technology for downstream and synthetic biofuel applications, and to supply jet fuel to the airline industry. 

Jason Miles, chief executive officer of Quadrise, said: “We are delighted to have appointed Philip as chief operating officer after a rigorous recruitment process.

“Philip joins Quadrise at the start of an exciting year for the company. He will be a key member of our leadership team as we progress our projects towards commercialisation.”
