Quadrise Fuels International PLC “making progress on all fronts”

Quadrise’s bioMSAR new low-carbon fuel “continues to exceed expectations in diesel engine testing”, said chief executive Jason Miles

Quadrise Fuels International PLC (AIM:QFI) chief executive Jason Miles said despite the challenges of Coronavirus (COVID-19) the company is “pleased that we have been able to continue making progress on all fronts following our successful fundraise earlier in the year”.

Miles made the comment in a statement issued ahead of the group’s annual shareholder meeting on Friday.

Quadrise’s bioMSAR new low-carbon fuel “continues to exceed expectations in diesel engine testing”, he said and the research, development and innovation team “are fully engaged in delivering our net-zero energy solutions in advance of 2030”.

As with its original MSAR technology, Quadrise’s proprietary technology is used to mix heavy residual oils and glycerine with small amounts of specialist chemicals and water to produce bioMSAR, a synthetic biofuel with lower emissions, including over 25% less CO2.

“Both MSAR and bioMSAR offer compelling solutions today to support the transition to a low carbon-economy in the short term.

“Our focus for 2022 is to transition our projects in various sectors from trials to commercial revenue generators.”

The company will provide a presentation of its business development activities via the Investor Meet Company platform at approximately 12.30pm today, following the conclusion of the AGM, which starts at noon.
