Denham Capital helps Nexif to divest energy assets to RATCH Group

Denham Capital, a global investment firm, and Singapore-based Nexif Energy have jointly arranged and agreed to sell the latter’s energy assets in Australia and Southeast Asia, where Nexif owns 2,670 MW of power gen capacity. These assets, with an enterprise value over US$1 billion, will be sold to Thailand’s RATCH Group at a transaction value of US$605 million.
